- Commercial acumen with budgetary responsibility.
- People leadership experience, particularly in mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- MES deployment through full life cycle from R&D to global commercialisation including – feasibility, planning, requirements, configuration, validation, deployment & training.
